Welcome to Baldwin Elementary School!
We are so glad you made us your child(ren)’s education home!

When filling out your enrollment packet, please be sure to include the following:

• Custody Documentation
-CCS School Board Policy states a student must reside with a custodial parent or court-appointed guardian to enroll in our system. If the parents are separated or divorced, we MUST have a copy of the custody agreement. Legal custody must be court-appointed and signed by a judge.

Join Prime Time!

Prime TimeJoin Prime Time in the mornings and afternoons for hours of fun. Parents can spend their afternoons worry free knowing that their child is not being transported to another facility. Children will have an opportunity to participate in sports, games, arts and crafts, and special events. Homework time is also offered for children who wish to complete their homework before they go home. Children have an opportunity to explore activity areas or do teacher instructed activities throughout the afternoon. CCS’ Child Nutrition Department Community Eligibility Provision

Cumberland CCCS Child Nutrition Services ounty Schools (CCS) Child Nutrition Services is excited to announce The Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) will be offered in 56 of our schools for the 2017-2018 school year. The provision will enable each student enrolled in the participating schools to receive a breakfast and lunch at no cost on days when school is in session.  Students enrolled at participating schools
will not have to submit a lunch application to receive meals at no cost.

Student Accident Insurance

A dirt playground with blue swings.Voluntary Membership in a group accident insurance program is made available to students each school year. Participation in the plan is voluntary and made available through school publications annually and parents are urged to purchase it for their children.

If you don’t already have accident insurance for your child, Cumberland County Schools has contracted with QBE Insurance Group to offer coverage. You can visit their website at www.k12studentinsurance.com anytime during the school year to make any necessary purchases.

End of Year Round: We hope that you have heard that Baldwin will now be following the traditional school year calendar. Please re-align yourself with the Ed V. Baldwin Yearly Calendar.
